Who we are
This website is operated by FrancescRG B.V., which trades as Dyvab. FrancescRG B.V. is the controller of the personal data described in this page.
Company: FrancescRG B.V., a private limited company (besloten vennootschap) registered in the Netherlands.
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 97555371.
Registered address: Otto Verdoornplaats 88, 3067 AR Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Email: hello@dyvab.com. Phone: +31 6 44511859.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your company (optional) and the message you write, plus the page you sent it from and the language of the site.
When you visit the site: like any website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time, in its server logs.
Cookies: the site uses a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language. It is strictly necessary for that function and is deleted when you close the browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Visit statistics: we count visits with Umami, an analytics tool that we run ourselves on a server we manage at analytics.dyvab.com, so no other company receives these statistics. Umami uses no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. It records which pages are visited, the site that referred you, your browser, device type and approximate country, and how many people click the booking button, the contact links or send the form. It does not record your name or email address. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not count your visit. Our pages load only our own resources.
If you book a call through the calendar link, you leave our website and Google handles that booking under its own privacy policy.
Why we use your data and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
To keep the website secure and working, and to understand how it is used so that we can improve it, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
You do not have to give us your details, but without a name, an email address and a message we cannot answer you.
We do not sell your details, we do not use them for advertising and we do not take automated decisions about you.
Automatic confirmation written with AI
A few minutes after you send the form you receive a short confirmation by email. The text is drafted by an AI language model provided by DeepSeek. It receives your first name and the text of your message, and nothing else: not your email address, your company or the page you wrote from. The AI only drafts the confirmation. It does not assess or decide anything about you. If it fails, a fixed text is sent instead.
DeepSeek is a company based in China, and its privacy policy states that it stores data on servers in the People's Republic of China. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for China, and we cannot control how long DeepSeek keeps what it receives. This transfer takes place with your explicit consent, which you give by submitting the form after reading this policy (Article 49(1)(a) of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
If you prefer that your message is not processed this way, write to hello@dyvab.com instead of using the form. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information in your message.
Who else handles your data
The providers we use to run the service: Google (Gmail, and Google Calendar if you book a call), Vercel (website hosting), n8n, which we run on a server we manage, and DeepSeek (see above).
Transfers to providers in the United States are covered by the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We only share your data with others when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: until we have answered you and, if there is no further contact, for up to 24 months, after which we delete them. If we start working together, we keep the contract and invoicing data for 7 years, as Dutch tax rules require.
Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.
Visit statistics are kept for as long as they are useful for improving the site, and we review them at least once a year.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Write to hello@dyvab.com and we will reply within one month.
You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), the Dutch data protection authority, which is the lead authority for us. You can also complain to the authority in your own country, for example the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) in Spain.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and its date.
